At Pro Peptides USA, we take every step to make sure your products arrive safely, securely, and on time. Every order is packed with care to maintain product quality and integrity throughout the shipping process.

Disclaimer: all peptides come in dry powder form. Once reconstituted with bacterio-static water, they must be kept refrigerated. We do not ship peptides that are already mixed.

Shipping Schedule

We currently ship orders twice per week 

Orders placed before a shipping day will typically go out with the next batch. Orders placed after a batch has been sent will be shipped in the following cycle.

Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Carrier

All orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking included. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS processing speed.

Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems delayed, we recommend first checking your USPS tracking link for updates.

If it shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please review our Refund & Return Policy for next steps on how to file a USPS Missing Mail Request and contact us for help.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately — we’ll do our best to catch it before your package ships.

International Orders

At this time, Pro Peptides USA ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping due to varying import and regulatory restrictions on research compounds.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters. All shipments are sent in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names or brand logos visible on the exterior. Inside, you’ll find your order securely packed for protection during transit.
