Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Shipped sales are final. We accept no returned goods. You satisfaction is important to us. If there is something wrong with your order, we will do our best to make it right. Here are some ways that we can help.

If you’ve placed an order that has not been shipped, we can process an order cancellation and refund your payment.


Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Send us your order number and a few clear photos of the damage (including packaging). We’ll review your evidence and send replacement products if we determine that they need to be replaced.


Delivery Failure

If your order never arrives and USPS tracking shows a failed delivery, we’ll reship your order for free.


Delivered, Not Received

If USPS marks your package as “Delivered,” but you didn’t get it:

  1. File a Missing Mail Request with USPS.
  2. If  USPS confirms it was lost or misdelivered, we’ll replace your order at no charge.
  3. If  USPS confirms successful delivery, we unfortunately can’t issue a replacement — at that point, our delivery obligation is complete.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in extenuating circumstances. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once inspected and approved.


Chargebacks

We take chargebacks and payment disputes seriously.

If you’re unhappy with your order, please contact us first — our team will always work with you to find a solution.

If a chargeback is filed, we’ll provide USPS tracking and delivery proof to your payment processor. Customers who file unauthorized chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.


Exchanges

No exchanges are accepted.
